Heart disease refers to a range of conditions that affect the heart’s structure and function, leading to various cardiovascular problems. In the United States and around the world, it poses a serious health risk. Heart disease includes illnesses including heart attacks, heart failure, irregular heartbeats, and faulty heart valves. Chest discomfort, shortness of breath, dizziness, and irregular heartbeat are all possible side effects of these diseases. High blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking, obesity, diabetes, and inactivity are all major contributors to the development of cardiovascular disease. A person’s vulnerability to heart disease might also be affected by their age, gender, and family history.

To improve comprehension and interest, use visual aids like pictures and diagrams. Get the opinions of locals and cultural experts to make sure everything is just right (Tavakoly Sany, et al., 2020). 
  3. Two-way communication: developing two way communication between all the stakeholders and encourage and facilitate the two way communications to ensure that all the members feel hard and valued. 
  4. Promote exclusivity and inclusion: welcoming people from all cultures and involving all the stakeholder in the improvement plan can become more benefiting in spreading awareness.
